High jewelry Gismondi 1754 represents the most exclusive and sophisticated production of the maison, founded in Genoa 270 years ago.
All our creations are produced by Italian master goldsmiths and are unique pieces or strictly limited editions.
Diamonds, emeralds, sapphires and rubies are chosen directly by Massimo Gismondi who travels around the world to select only the best stones.
Each creation is a work of art that reflects the personality and uniqueness of the woman who wears it.
Fenice
La Fenice, symbol of rebirth and eternal beauty, captures theessenza of immortality in a masterpiece of fine jewelry. Like the epic creature of Greek mythology that rises from its ashes, the necklace Fenice recalls the perpetuity of the life cycle.
Essenza
18 kt white gold necklace with 22,78 ct. Tanzanite, 11,84 ct. round brilliant cut white diamonds and 2,25 ct. drop cut white diamonds.
Like all high-end jewels of Gismondi 1754 the necklace is made with a technique that aims to obtain the effect of making the stones “float” in the air, this is possible thanks to a particular gold processing that tends to “disappear”.
250 hours to create this particular necklace conceived as an architectural line, each element that constitutes it is precious both individually and as a whole of its parts, in fact the main cascade element can be detached from the necklace, to become a single earring, making the jewel extremely versatile.
Vita
18kt white gold necklace featuring a 56,37ct. tanzanite suspended in the air without a setting, enhanced by the light and surrounded by 63,21ct. of white diamonds. It symbolizes evolution and freedom, just like a child who, grown up and supported by his family, is finally ready to show his uniqueness to the world. Vita represents the purity and delicacy of this transition, the result of six months of research and goldsmith mastery.
Marea
18kt white gold bracelet with 50,04ct white diamonds and 31,14ct tanzanite. The One-of-a-kind Marea, inspired by the continuous movement of the sea, is a hymn to vitality, energy and dynamism. An organic design, characterized by sinuous curves that follow one another on different levels, and is the purest expression of the stylistic aspects of Gismondi 1754. White gold draws an incredible dynamic labyrinth of full and empty spaces, illuminated by diamonds. Tanzanites find space between the wider lugs, giving magical blue-violet shades.
Gattopardo
18 kt white gold ring with 5,18 ct. marquise cut emerald from Colombia, 4,39 ct. drop cut white diamonds and 2,02 ct. round brilliant cut white diamonds, D/E/F color.
Inspired by the depth of the leopard's gaze, its creation took more than 300 hours. The search was also long to find the perfect stone; that would convey exactly those sensations. The preciousness of the emerald is made even more by the setting made of white diamonds, where the gold, thanks to the very careful work of the goldsmiths, seems to disappear.
Raggio Di Sole
18kt white gold necklace with 27,83ct drop-cut white diamonds and 16,04ct drop-cut yellow diamonds.
Over 600 hours and 6 months were spent in the production of this necklace. The construction began with the center stone, a 5 ct pear-cut yellow diamond that reflects the brilliance of the sun. Around it are 3 rings of yellow diamonds from which an explosion of rays starts.
Each stone is set in a basket created individually to support it from the bottom up so that the metal disappears and the stones seem to float. Not all the spokes are completely rigid, some begin to have movement as they descend from the center, each with a different length.
Sunbeam was created with diamonds ranging from yellow to bright white, with some unexpected pops of yellow that represent the lack of uniformity in each ray.
Insieme
18 kt white gold necklace with 20,73 ct. drop-cut emeralds and 15,28 ct. drop-cut white diamonds.
In this very precious necklace the stones are supported by white gold, practically invisible to the eye, which becomes a pure support for the splendid stones that compose it, stones selected one by one to be able to create the parabolic effect that characterizes this jewel.
